What is your return policy?

Return and Refund Policy — Twelve Lab

1. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a request via email to:

2. Conditions for return

Returned items must be:
• unused, unwashed and in perfect condition
• with original tags and packaging
• without signs of wear or damage

Twelve Lab reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns.

3. Return procedure
1. Send a request via email indicating:
• order number
• items to be returned
2. Await confirmation with shipping instructions.
3. Ship the return within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refund

After receiving and verifying the return:
• the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
• it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• attach photos of the product

In this case, Twelve Lab will replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund.

We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
